Ensure the availability of your preferred date and time by booking your classes ahead of time. We suggest considering class packages for potential savings as well.
Be prepared for indoor playground fun by packing an additional outfit “just in case”. As parents, we understand the unpredictable nature of kids, so having spare clothes on hand can help alleviate any worries.
Our space is full of fun and excitement. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience we cap our public open play at 15 children at one time and clean between each 75-minute play session.
Safety & Rules of Conduct
Sprouts has created a safe and welcoming environment for kids to enjoy but cannot be accountable for accidents and/or injuries that occur during classes & play.
Children must play in a safe and respectful manner.
Safety is our primary goal and must be continuously enforced throughout play by accompanying adults.
Sprouts Playground & Studio has the right to remove any child and/or adult not following safety rules and regulations in our facility.
Adults are financially responsible for any damaged equipment inside our facility from your child’s doing.
Shoe free zone
• Upon entering our play area, kindly remove your shoes and remember to wear mandatory socks. If you've forgotten to bring your own, no worries – grippy socks are available for purchase at the check-in desk.
• For the safety and well-being of all, minors within our premises must be under adult supervision. Please note that Sprouts Play, LLC cannot assume responsibility for supervising children.
• It is essential for adults to maintain visual contact with their child/children while they engage in play for a secure and enjoyable experience.
Mandatory Adult Supervision
• Children must be accompanied by an adult within the play area at all times.
• Priority for infants is reserved for the soft play pen
• Every minor should be escorted by an adult to the restroom.
Yucky free zone
We love having healthy and happy sprouts come play!! If your little one is feeling unwell, has a fever, or abnormal temperature, we kindly ask you to wait until they're all better before joining the fun at Sprouts Playground & Studio. We want everyone to have a great time, so get well soon and come to play another day.
Personal Belongings
• Unfortunately, Sprouts Playground & Studio will not take responsibility for things if they are lost, damaged, or stolen.
• We ask that all strollers are parked off the playground.
• Remember, Sprouts Playground & Studio can not replace anything that goes missing or gets taken.
Food and Drinks
We strive to have a few fan favorites on site for when you need it. Remember, we are a cashless facility but can accept all major credit cards and payment apps. However, if your little one has a taste for something from home, that’s fine too! We ask that all food and beverage is enjoyed in the designated snack area and not on the playground.
