What is M.O.M.S.?
M.O.M.S. is a baby-weight and body-weight exercise program designed specifically for pregnant and up to one-year postpartum mothers. Developed in partnership with the East Carolina University Department of Kinesiology, this class blends strength training, flexibility, and toning exercises in a safe, supportive environment where every mama can move with confidence.

What to Expect
Classes are approachable, energizing, and adaptable to your pace. Bring yourself, bring your baby (if you’d like), and come ready to move, stretch, and grow stronger together. With the insight of ECU Kinesiology faculty and students, M.O.M.S. is grounded in both science and community care.
Join the Class
We’re kicking off this program with classes on Wednesdays at 10:30a and 6:00p and Saturday mornings at 9:15a. Drop in to any class for just $20 or purchase a subscription for only $99 for a limited time with access up to 8 classes per month.
